L4 nation and L6 country are different orders of reality.

The distinction
- L4 nation
- The supranational layer: a form of belonging, prior to any border. W5D's stated goal is to develop it and to arrive at three macro-regional identities that together complete the one human identity.
- L6 country
- A bordered administrative artefact. The founder's position is that the term is historically recent and was created by a political ideology to make borders.
- Compact form
- Nation is generative and fifth-dimensional. Country is administrative and fourth-dimensional.

Declared limits
Transition
